The real issue is whether or not the mining plan will or won't protect
the environment. And that is what the REGULATIONS they have to
satisfy are supposed to be designed to do.

So if the regulations are met, if the mining plan is sound, let it happen.

If not, fix the regulations that are not stringent enough.

It was not till 1973, President Nixon signed the AGREEMENT to have this Pipeline built, cutting ALL further opposition from The Environmental groups and Native People. What caused the final decision was the 1973 ARAB OIL cutbacks.

When you think of it today the USA is in the same situation...... Only now it is National Security for the USA with Rare Metals. The government gave away all the rights practically for miners to open new mines. Now President Trump sees the necessary changes to make it possible to bring domestic mines into production, and cutting out China's control. It is the same story retold only to generate Permits for mining now. President Trump needs to over power all of the OPPOSITION and get this Nak Permit underway, just as President Nixon did in 1973 for the Oil Pipeline....................................

And why I took a position today? Started wondering, what IF the epa write up/filing
was so bad (as NAKs response indicated it was) that it gives the court little wiggle
room but to agree with NAKs position. What IF NAK is in a no-nonsense court, with
a judge who doesn't have their own agenda (as far too many do in our legal system
(put their intentionally because they will put agenda over the rule of law), and finally
calls out those in the epa for their abuse of power, lying?

Given its possible this could occur cause the ones that filed the epa brief have nothing
but their agenda to run with? I decided to finally take a small position just in case even tho
it will still be a year (more expected) before they would ever start mining.

And do expect that the eco-terrorists will only regroup if the epa is overturned and continue
to try to deny NAK the right to start no matter how far they have to go to find some way to try
and stop them.

IMHO......the differences in the rulings by the Army Corp of Engineers and the EPA are outrageous.
This alone points to a serious problem of opposing Pebble.
