MISSISSAUGA, ON, Dec. 15, 2016 /CNW/ - Morguard North American
Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: MRG.UN)
today announced that it has declared a distribution of $0.05333 per unit for the month of December,
2016. The distribution will be payable on January 13, 2017 to unitholders of record as at
December 30, 2016.
