Morguard North American Residential Real Estate Investment Trust
(the "REIT") (TSX: MRG.UN) today announced that it has declared a
distribution of 5 cents per unit for
the month of April, 2014. The distribution will be payable on
May 15, 2014 to unitholders of record
as at April 30, 2014.
