Questrade ETFs Will Merge into WisdomTree
Canada ETFs
TORONTO, Nov. 23, 2017 /CNW/ - WisdomTree Asset
Management Canada, Inc. ("WisdomTree Canada") today announced
reinvested capital gains distributions for the 2017 tax year for
the WisdomTree U.S. Quality Dividend Growth Index ETF, (the
"Fund").
These are capital gains distributions, which will be paid in the
form of reinvested distributions. The record date for the
reinvested distributions is November 29,
2017, payable on December 6,
2017.

The reinvested distributions are considered notional
distributions and are automatically reinvested in units of the Fund
at the time of the distributions and immediately consolidated so
that the number of units held by each investor, the outstanding
units of the Fund and the net asset value of the units of the Fund
do not change as a result of the capital gains distributions.
Unitholders of record on November 29,
2017 will receive the reinvested distributions. Investors
holding units outside of registered plans will have taxable amounts
to report and an increase in the adjusted cost base of their
investment.
The Fund is declaring reinvested distributions in anticipation
of the completion of the merger of the Questrade ETFs into the
WisdomTree Canada ETFs as detailed in the Questrade Wealth
Management Inc. announcements issued on November 10, 2017 and November 20, 2017.
