Conifex Announces Voting Results for the Election of Directors

Conifex Timber Inc. ("Conifex" or the "Company") (TSX:CFF) is pleased to
announce the voting results in respect of the election of all director nominees
from its annual general meeting (the "AGM") held June 10, 2014 in Prince George,
British Columbia as follows:
