No, it isn't opening at $135 Friday. It will be priced on the IPO at $135. Then, the MMs all work on existing non-IPO orders and balance them. Where they balance is where they open. That could be anywhere, and probably, as you said, higher. But don't expect it to "open" at $135 on Friday. FYI
