The Company has today been informed that on 8 August 2003 City Equities Limited
purchased 15,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to the recent
placing, representing approximately 5.52% of the issued share capital. Having
sold 15,000,000 ordinary shares to certain of its private clients, as at the
close of business on 8 August 2003, City Equities Limited no longer holds a
notifiable interest in the Company.
