Perhaps investors with a big profit again saw a big round number ($300) last eweek, and decided to sell out today when the market turned down?

Due to the low float, the IDCC share price can move a lot up or down if there is a net imbalance of buy or sell orders.

Yup, usefully vague to provide two things:

1) Plenty of wiggle room on the management side regarding "time."
2)A bit of Hope for shareholders who've had their shares trapped by trading laws for " a little while."

Sometimes the pre-market trading is a head-fake, and other times it is the start of a move up.
IMO, it is smart to watch the premarket trades.

Your discussions such as 10 year survival data, NICE approval, tax savings, etc over the years only lead to 95% drop in share price and 13 years of lost opportunity cost, LOL! ;)
