Dear Sirs,

I am writing to you in my capacity as Head of Market Relations of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (“tgs”), to report that by means of Note no. NO-2024-59082178-APN-DIRECTORIO#ENARGAS dated June 5, 2024, the Argentine Gas Regulatory Body (“ENARGAS”) notified tgs that -acting on the express instructions of the Argentine Ministry of Economy and the Argentine Energy Bureau- it will postpone implementation of the tariff adjustment for tgs corresponding to the month of June 2024 and it will also replace the monthly adjustment methodology forecasted for the months of July to December 2024 inclusive.
