Resignation of Director

On March 24, 2022, Anne C. Anderson, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Shell Midstream Partners GP LLC (the “General Partner”), the general partner of Shell Midstream Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”), announced her intention to resign from the Board effective June 30, 2022. There were no disagreements between Ms. Anderson and the General Partner, the Partnership or any officer or director of the General Partner that led to Ms. Anderson’s decision to resign.
