Pursuant to a placing of new ordinary shares by the Company, Jupiter Primadona
Growth Trust Plc ("JPGT") acquired 1,211,430 new ordinary shares of 1p each,
representing 3.52% of the issued share capital. This information falls to be
disclosed in accordance with Rule 15, and as required by Sections 198 to 208 of
the Companies Act 1985,

The Company was informed of the holding on 19 August 2003.
