On December 7, 2009, PPL Corporation (“PPL”) issued a press release relating to the final decision on new distribution price controls made on December 7, 2009, by the Office of Gas and Electricity Markets, the entity that regulates Western Power Distribution, PPL’s electricity distribution company in the United Kingdom. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
