OAK Oaktree Capital Group LLC

William Egan, who was co-head of Bank of America Corp.'s (BAC) global financial institutions group, has left the bank and is joining Oaktree Capital Group LLC (OAK), Reuters reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

At Oaktree, Mr. Egan will be involved with a new life reinsurance company, some of the people told Reuters.
