NWB Northwest Air 9.5

Dutch agency borrower Nederlandse Waterschapsbank NV is to price its EUR1.5 billion, 10-year bond at 60 basis points over midswaps, one of the banks running the deal said Wednesday.

This is in line with initial price guidance.

BNP Paribas SA, JPMorgan Chase & Co. and UBS AG are the lead managers of the sale.

The issuer is rated triple-A by all three of the major ratings companies.
