NWB Northwest Air 9.5

Dutch agency borrower Nederlandse Waterschapsbank NV has set price guidance on its EUR500 million, 15-year bond, one of the banks running the deal said Thursday.

Initial guidance is in the area of 75 basis points over midswaps.

BNP Paribas SA and JPMorgan Chase & Co. are the lead managers on the sale.

The issuer is rated triple-A by all three of the major rating companies.
