(the “Fund” or “DRP”) is scheduled for Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at 3:00 p.m., Eastern Time, at the offices of Deutsche Investment Management Americas Inc., 345 Park Ave, 24 th Floor, New York, NY 10154 (the “Meeting”). Our records indicate that as of November 19, 2010 (the "Record Date" for the Meeting), you held shares of the Fund and, therefore, you are entitled to vote on the matters set forth on the proxy card.
