CTX Chooses VMP for Bar Code-Enabled Documents PHOENIX, March 16 /PRNewswire/ -- VMP(R) Mortgage Solutions, a Bankers Systems, Inc. company is announcing at the Mortgage Bankers Association's National Technology Conference that CTX Mortgage Company(R), LLC, a subsidiary of Centex(R) Corporation , has chosen VMP as its provider of forms that accept bar code technology. Using these documents with its imaging system, CTX will realize increased productivity, enhanced customer service and a competitiveadvantage in the marketplace. After reviewing methods of gaining greater document control to refine its business processes, CTX decided to integrate a document imaging system. Using its new imaging system, CTX programs bar codes to identify specific loan information, such as document type, loan number or borrower's name. When the bar codes on their printed forms are scanned, the relevant indexing field is automatically populated. This functionality eliminates the need for manual data entry, which significantly decreases errors and delivers numerous time- and cost-saving benefits.
