Bayerische Landesbank (BLG.YY) agreed to end a lawsuit against Morgan Stanley (MS) concerning residential mortgage-backed securities, Bloomberg News reported Tuesday, citing a court filing.

The filing didn't indicate whether the matter has been resolved and didn't specify any terms, Bloomberg reported.

The suit was filed in January 2012 over securities purchased in 2006 and 2007, according to the report.
