Brown-Forman Increases Cash Dividend by 7.9%

Brown-Forman (NYSE:BFA)(NYSE:BFB) announced today that its Board
of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend on its Class A
and Class B Common Stock by 7.9% to 34 cents per share from the
prior quarter’s 31½ cents per share. As a result, the indicated
annual cash dividend will rise from $1.26 per share to $1.36 per
share. Stockholders of record on December 3, 2015 will receive the
cash dividend on December 30, 2015.
Paul Varga, Chief Executive Officer of Brown-Forman said,

dividends. Today, our board approved a 7.9% increase in our annual
dividend, the 32nd consecutive year of increases at the company.

This marks Brown-Forman’s 70th consecutive year of paying
quarterly dividends. Brown-Forman is a member of the prestigious

comprised of an elite list of only 52 companies that have increased
their cash dividend every year for over 25 years.
