Item 8.01. Other Events

In accordance with prior announcements, the voluntary removal of AXS-One Inc.’s common stock listing from the American Stock Exchange became effective following the close of the market on November 5, 2007. On November 6, 2007, AXS-One Inc. common stock will begin to trade on the OTC Bulletin Board under the ticker symbol AXSO.
