Oracle Corp. (ORCL) Chief Executive Larry Ellison in interested in a possible bid for sports and entertainment business Anschutz Entertainment Group, Reuters reported late last week, citing two people familiar with the situation.

Ellison's interest in AEG is preliminary, the sources said.
