Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc (M&C) announces that M&C's Company Secretary,
Simon Hodges will be leaving the Group in December 2003 to join Jumeirah
International LLC.

With immediate effect David Thomas (Group Finance Director) is appointed as 
M&C's Company Secretary.
