Pursuant to a long-standing retirement plan, Michael G. Anzilotti retired as President of the Company on July 1, 2010. Mr. Anzilotti had served as President of the Company since July 2004, and continues to serve as a director of both the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Virginia Commerce Bank.
