Managing Director for 24/7 Real Media Europe. Mr. Wilson, who
previously served as managing director for 24/7 Real Media U.K.,
will report to David J. Moore, chairman and chief executive officer
of 24/7 Real Media. Mr. Wilson succeeds Christopher Wagner, who has
resigned after six years as CEO of 24/7 Real Media Europe. "Since
