Surgalign to Host its 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on June 1, 2023

Surgalign Holdings, Inc., (NASDAQ: SRGA) a global medical
technology company focused on elevating the standard of care by
driving the evolution of digital health, today announced that it
will be hosting its 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders virtually,
on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 9 a.m. PT.
Shareholders will be able to access the Company’s
Proxy Statement and Annual Report on Form 10-K once they are filed
with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Once filed, both
documents will be available on the Company’s website. Additionally,
your bank, broker, or other organization that holds your Surgalign
shares will be issuing proxy materials to you that will include
a unique control number. This unique control number will
be needed by shareholders in order to access the meeting and vote
on the matters at hand. The record date for the meeting is April
10, 2023. Additional details about the meeting and the matters to
be voted on will be available in our proxy statement when it
