Resignation of Directors

 

Akazoo S.A. (the “Company”) announces today that, as had been previously internally discussed as a board transition plan and following the appointment of two new independent directors by a special general meeting of the shareholders held in March 2020, Alexander Macridis and David Roche have resigned as independent directors of the Company with immediate effect.  The Company thanks both Alex and David for their service.
