(NASDAQ:SOLR), a global provider of polysilicon production technology, sapphire and silicon crystalline growth systems, and materials for the LED and other specialty markets, today announced that the company will release its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2012 ending July 2, 2011, after the market closes on NASDAQ on Wednesday, August 3, 2011.
