Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On March 29, 2019, SITO Mobile, Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the financial results for its fourth fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2018. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
