Riverbed Technology (NASDAQ: RVBD), the IT performance company,
today announced that Johnna Bowley, senior director of global
channels, partner and field marketing, has been named a Channel
Chief by Everything Channel's CRN for the second straight year.
Channel Chiefs are leaders in creating effective channel programs
for solution providers by consistently defending, promoting and
executing effective channel partner programs and strategies.
A passionate reseller advocate with a proven track record for
driving the company's highly channel-centric model since joining
Riverbed® in 2007, Bowley was designated a Channel Chief for her
work in leading the company's move to a two-tier distribution model
in North America and completing the globalization of the company's
Riverbed Partner Network (RPN) Program, which received Everything
Channel's Five-Star certification in 2009 and 2010. In addition,
Bowley was instrumental in launching new channel programs,
including three new specialization levels to the Riverbed
Authorized Training Partner (RATP) program, along with new programs
for global service providers and for resellers with a high
potential to quickly ramp revenues. Bowley was also named to CRN's
Top Women in the Channel list for the past three years based on her
achievements and channel influence.
