Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On November 22, 2019, Laura Pecoraro, who serves as Vice President, Finance of Perceptron, Inc. (the “Company”) and as the Company’s principal financial officer and principal accounting officer, informed the Company of her decision to resign from the Company. Ms. Pecoraro will remain with the Company during a transition period that is expected to last until mid to late January 2020.
