MCI's NetSec Managed Security Solution Includes Global Managed Firewall and Intrusion Detection Monitoring ASHBURN, Va., Dec. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MCI, Inc. (NASDAQ:MCIP) today announced that Reuters, the global information company, has extended its contract with MCI to monitor Reuters' global enterprise network providing early warning threat identification and detection capabilities. With extended surveillance over its global network, Reuters will be able to enhance its visibility into the threat management landscape and better safeguard its key corporate sites worldwide. Under terms of the new three-year deal, MCI will continue to monitor Reuters' managed firewall and network-based intrusion detection devices located at sites in the United States, Europe and Asia.
