Zamansky LLC Investigates the LJM Preservation and Growth Fund and Its Independent Trustees

Zamansky LLC announces that it is investigating LJM Preservation and Growth Fund (MUTF: LJMIX, LJMAX, LJMCX) (the “Fund”) and its independent trustees for possible breach of fiduciary duty to investors. The Fund, which lost over 80% of its value last week, has been the subject of a class action lawsuit alleging securities fraud. The suit alleged that the Fund misled investors in its prospectus by stating that it “aims top reserve capital, particularly in down markets (including major market drawdowns).”
