Knape & Vogt Declares Third Quarter Cash Dividends GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Jan. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Knape & Vogt Manufacturing Co. (NASDAQ:KNAP) announced today that its Board of Directors declared regular quarterly cash dividends of 16.5 cents per share on the Company's common stock and 15 cents per share on its Class B common stock. Both dividends are payable on March 11, 2005 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 25, 2005.
