Eagle Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: EGBN), the parent company for EagleBank, today announced a cash dividend for the second quarter of 2024, in the amount of $0.45 per share. The cash dividend will be payable on July 31, 2024 to shareholders of record on July 20, 2024.
