Dialogic Common Stock to Move to OTCQB from NASDAQ

Dialogic Inc. (Nasdaq:DLGC), the Network Fuel™ company, today announced that its common stock will begin trading on the OTCQB marketplace under the ticker symbol “DLGC” commencing Wednesday, April 17, 2013.

The move to the OTCQB still requires Dialogic to continue its reporting obligations to the SEC under applicable securities laws. Accordingly, Dialogic will continue to file its Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q, Annual Reports on Form 10-K and Current Reports on Form 8-K.
