Special Shareholder Meeting
COLUMBUS, Ohio, Nov. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Diamond Hill
Financial Trends Fund, Inc. (NASDAQ: DHFT) held a Special Meeting
of Shareholders today to vote on a non-binding advisory proposal to
continue to operate the fund as a closed-end financial services
investment company. There were 3,968,124 shares of common
stock entitled to be voted. 2,314,794 shares were voted in
person or by proxy. The final voting results for the proposal
were as follows:
