Rather than being backed by a large conglomerate, City Telecom was founded in 1992 by two entrepreneurial cousins, Ricky Wong, Chairman and Paul Cheung, Vice Chairman on family and friends start-up capital of C$100,000, and we have since relied heavily on the global public capital markets to fund our infrastructure investments over the past 19 years. In August 2009, after a long infrastructure gestation period, we hired Elite IR and re-launched our Investor Engagement initiative. Since then, global institutional investors holdings of our free float has increased from about 10% to over 50% currently.
