Copernic Signs Licensing Deal With Multi-National Consulting Firm for a Corporate Wide Site License of Copernic Desktop Search C

MONTREAL, CANADA , (NASDAQ: CNIC), a leading software
development company in the technology sector, specializing in
internet, desktop and mobile search products, today announced that
it has signed an agreement with a prominent multi-national
consulting firm for 4100 licenses of its Copernic Desktop Search�
Corporate Edition software.
The multi-national consulting firm is a global IT and consulting
company with offices in over 25 countries around the world. The
firm has purchased 4,100 licenses and opted to standardize its
employees on the Copernic Desktop Search platform. This tool will
replace other desktop search tools and make Copernic the default
Desktop Search tool for all current and future employees. The
Agreement also provides for additional revenue based on employee
growth as well as an annual renewal fee when continued support,
maintenance, updates, and upgrades are selected.
Eric Bouchard, Copernic's Vice President Marketing commented on

The exact terms of the Agreement and the name of the consulting
firm cannot be disclosed due to client/supplier confidentiality
agreements.
