MONTREAL, CANADA , (NASDAQ: CNIC), a leading software development company in the technology sector, specializing in internet, desktop and mobile search products, announced today that it and a third party with whom it had entered into a previously announced non-binding letter of interest in connection with a potential strategic transaction have agreed to terminate their negotiations. Consequently, the provision relating to the exclusivity period has been terminated and no termination fee will be payable by the Company.
