BOSTON, Dec. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Color Kinetics Incorporated (NASDAQ:CLRK), a leading innovator of LED lighting systems and technologies, today announced the election of Elisabeth Allison as chairperson of its board of directors, effective January 1, 2007. Ms. Allison has served as a member of the company's board since 2002, and as lead independent director since November 2005. As planned, company co-founder and current chairman George Mueller will remain a board member.
