Mark Cox as Vice President and
Commercial Loan Officer in Columbia,
SC. Cox, a native of Columbia, will serve the Commercial Banking
division by developing and maintaining commercial relationships and
by supporting community leaders and business owners in the
Columbia community.
Cox has over 20 years of commercial banking experience during a
30 year banking career in the Columbia market. He attended the
University of South Carolina and
graduated from the Graduate School of Banking of the South at
Louisiana State University. Cox is an
active participant in the community through his involvement with
the Financial Stability Council of the United Way of the
Midlands, his role as Board Chair
of the Midlands Housing Trust Fund, Board Chair of the Committee of
100, Board member of the SC Central Alliance, and as State
Treasurer and Board Member for the Coastal Conservation Association
of South Carolina.
