Native American Woman Buys Arrow-Magnolia DALLAS, Jan. 14
/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The 4th largest Native American,
woman-owned business in the United States was created when
Dallas-based Arrow- Magnolia International, Inc. (NASDAQ:ARWM) was
acquired by a private limited partnership. Arrow-Magnolia, a
manufacturer and distributor of industrial chemicals, has annual
sales of $12 million and has been a member of "The Dallas Morning
News 200" largest publicly held companies since the ratings were
introduced. The limited partnership is controlled by Tanya
Tippeconnic-Shaw (Comanche/Cherokee). She commented, "Combining
Arrow-Magnolia's manufacturing and marketing capabilities with our
management skills and potential new market opportunities will
create a powerful organization. We are excited about the future."
Arrow-Magnolia International, a 77-year-old Dallas company, will
maintain its headquarters and manufacturing operations in Dallas.
