So I’m forced into “hope” tomorrow; I see the specialist to discuss the severity of my injury and hopefully options going forward. I’m hoping it’s not clear cut I need complete rebuild of shoulder...or thumb for that matter. I had my ct scan and mri last week...this could be very telling day for me Tommorow morning...

On a trading note: I didn’t make a move here....
There serious issues in the Southwest regarding trades do to At&T signal/tower issues.
I’d like to think I was lucky enough to make 2 trades (really could not access account , let alone data....and the few moments I gained access were very short ( literally lucky)....

The trades themselves i’ll find out later how good they were...fcel at .355 and cvm at 6.00....I tried to make others, but was unable and finally gave up....I was happy with these though as they had caught most attention and were perceived to me to max out emotion when nothing, was happening other than lack of “At&T signal”....

The only other orders I placed were after a call to my wife to go to my parents house and use their network ( they gave different provider) and I told her to put orders to sell everting of everything at limit orders priced at 200% from Current price....none of these orders executed, but you never know when an anomaly will happen; yet you must be prepared take action...

I’ve been working for hours on a piece that I planned to already post, but it’s taken longer to complete than anticipated (as with aeverything in my life at moment), but I felt need to share this sooner than later....

Some traders / investors ( I’m not really into naming...as that words can influence our own opinions...) think too much about what doesn’t matter and toi little about what does.

My most recent post here and on sticktwits I mentioned the following:
That I had added 5k within the bump up at a price I had already maxed out ( it’s true I did; it’s also true I typically don’t do such as I prefer to add higher or lower depending on material events)
I also stated quite exceptionally high prices and was clear that I was sharing my investment introspectives because the price could go wildly beyond. ( this is true and most likely)
I also gave “ potential” credit to an entity/ person/trader had “appeared” to grasp the sense of the trade ( this statement could only be verified by follow through of such “entity/trader”) ....it is clear said trader did NOT grasp the trade/investment....3 statements:
1. I have done my work to share of which it’s not reciprocated therefore this is my work vs another’s not a complication that could have improved both our understanding.
2. The moves most strength was on the day of the most precictable filing of them all ( 8k ...it’s an sec obligation to do such), yet there was almost no move of the filing referenced 3 days prior. Said trader is definitely lacking a complete simpleton skill set
3. I do my work. I hold my position. And there are but 2 breaths left for the entity whom presumed I was in fact making a declaration of said entity understanding; rather than what I actually said: “ appeared to understand “

Ps. Still curious why nobody wants to share and work together??

It appears somebody else may be on verge of figuring it out as well...
The rights of participation going forward are quite wide, yet very limited at the same time.
Truely, I don’t have physical capacity to lay it all out at moment ( only 1 arm and 1 thumb) and neither are the ones I know how to use....

If one, such as myself, can not participate in a multi million $ position; the window for any sum of between $20-200k is extremely fine. A micro 200k + influx would send this out of reach for all participants of such.

This effect and cause is what has produced the current price point and may subsequently lock it down....
A breach could invariably create the opposite- cause and effect...

Thus, while 2.50 is not a buy today; 3 is

I have an over abundance in confidence that I make good choices for one simple reason; “I do”...the same words I shared with my wife...now I’ll let my wife have a little fun and provide a bit of explanation...

Now my time to have fun at his expense:
The tall goof, who calls himself LC, fell. I feel a little bad for him, but he’s always got something wrong.
He has what he calls OMS - old man syndrome; and I agree, but he’s not old...
It takes him forever to do anything now and can barely type and can’t go to his job and actually he’s now another kid who’s more dependent on me than our little kids.
He tripped, fell, broke his thumb, and shoulder and fractured his other thumb as well. This happened just after he was getting better from a bad knee injury he got from letting out 3 year old sit on his leg while watching a movie.

Now, he can barely help around house. He can’t go to work, barely can type. No dishes, can’t wipe the little ones ass. Can’t make his own doctor appointments. Has 2 take an extra shower a day cause he can’t clean his own ass well. Hasn’t shaved. One armpit stinks like hell! I know his LC name means learning curve, But he’s figured out how to eat with his other hand so fast that he’s always hungry and bored!

I love him though, and he would never say it, but he’s missing being here and sharing and making his own personal notes.

I’m only surprised by one thing though; he said he wish he didn’t have this much time to think, but at the same time it makes sense. I’ve never met somebody so dedicated and actually enjoy such a wide variety of things to the extent that he does. But at the same time he tries to stop himself from liking anything too much.

I intended to put more clarification behind my last posts....but a continuous lack of questions left me free to my current state of affairs and longer term thoughts.

We are trading at a minimum 40% discount to “red”, blue, and white tape....change the colors and things change dramatically.
Then throw low float, low liquidity, and foreign on fire...it could go from being capped too...multiples of capped..?? (Capped = lid /multiples = blow off cap)

I even pulllef a “new” last straw out...to try and dissuade myself.
My new last straw was: there is no way an equity can afford my return on investment without eventually extracting more from me. I am not that good at this aspect of trading as my returns show (I truely know this: I am not as good at this aspect vs my strengths...do you see...??? Why it’s the last straw and why I know I am right?

First/ It is the last straw becuase it forces me to be contrarian to myself on my final deciding factor after had previously exhausted myself extinguishing every scenario possible.
Second/ I know becuase my actual participation (I know my position, previous postions/returns)....

I am a firm believer in continuing to learn and grow.
We can learn from anybody and everybody, but sometimes certain things that come from people who are the elite of their craft can not only give more substance to an idea, but it can also help in articulating ideas that some have yet to imagine let alone grasp.

The brazil market ... they survived story.
Stabilis assets (these aren’t proprietary or goodwill)
Current administration is conducive; all others would be even more...

Why not take company private at 1.50 or even 1.25? Aerial bailed somewhere between .60 and 1.50. (Obviosly could have been tax transfer positioning??...or other) but none the less a willing liquidation point.
Now look at areil movement: big buying ‘2017 to 2018. Is this a bet the think they got wrong? Was the premium to repurchase position prior to tax losses had added value such as position size, liquidity, going forward (you see how same thing is interpreted both negative and positive?) assuming it is of one nature or the other: what could you numerically assume on both sides?

A random investigation: warrant exercise: 500k shares @~ 2.85 =~ $1.5m
If no modifications...“Holders” would relinquish 0.4% ownership for $1.5m cash.
