Considering the serious allegations raised in the lawsuit, Deitsch's longstanding relationship with Thramann and the fact that Deitsch does not own a single ACON share, we question if Deitsch is really an "independent" director, why he serves as ACON's Audit Committee Chair and if he is more interested in appeasing Thramann than in acting in shareholders' best interests.Lead Independent Director - Williiam Wesemann - 69 years old with no apparent recent executive roles or relevant industry experience. He has been on ACON's board since its IPO and has received significant compensation despite the stock's abysmal performance. Stock Consultant shows oversold at a 6 and issues a breakout at $.975 I think they hold it down a bit tomorrow to find last of sellers. I agree. Sometimes AH and Pre-market hours have big surprises as well as regular time. Eager beavers can run it up big in pre-market. MMs sell to them early to get rid of "buying pressure" so they can take it down in regular session. This can not be taken down very long as most sellers are out now as I see it.

The latest 8-k report at sec.gov states that the total outstanding shares is 13.7 million. This report is dated March 13,2025. This is in relation to warrant B being issued. It does not state any more expected share increase- I have not read previous 8-k though.
