                               Holding in Company

The Company was notified on 20 March 2007 that Metropol (UK) Limited acquired
6,822,734 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on
15 March 2007 for a purchase price of 15.5 pence per Ordinary Share
(the "Share Purchase"). Following the Share Purchase Metropol (UK) Limited has
an interest in 3.96 per cent. of the Company's share capital.

Pursuant to the Share Purchase Pennygold Trading Supplies disposed of 6,822,734
Ordinary Shares and has a holding of 15,532,266 Ordinary Shares representing
9.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
