that, as of 18 December 2006, the total number of share with voting rights is as
follows:

Income shares of 10p                          5,271,678



The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations, by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to, their interest in Westbury, under the FSA's
