                     Appointment of Non-Executive Director


Mr Maurice Ostro has been appointed as a non-executive director to the Board of
Watermark Group plc ("Watermark"), the provider of support services to the
international travel industry.


Mr Ostro is Managing Director of Air Fayre Limited, a successful private
catering company serving the airlines.  His considerable experience in, and
knowledge of, the catering industry will greatly assist Watermark in achieving
its vision of providing a total cabin management service to the airline
industry.
