West China Cement Limited ("WCC" or the "Company") 
HKEx Listing Update 
References are made to the announcements of the Company dated 10 February 2010 
and 28 April 2010 and the circular of the Company dated 5 March 2010 in relation 
to the Company's proposed delisting of the Company from AIM (the "De-Listing"). 
At the Company's AGM held on 31 March 2010, resolutions were approved by 
shareholders in relation to the proposed listing (the "HKEx Listing") of the 
shares of the Company on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong 
Limited (the "HKEx"), including the De-Listing to take place at the same time as 
the HKEx Listing, on or before 30 June 2010 The Delisting is conditional on the 
HKEx Listing taking place. 
In view of the prevailing volatile equity market conditions and weak market 
sentiment, the Company plans to postpone its current HKEx Listing and De-Listing 
timetable. Subject to improvement of the market conditions, it is expected that 
the HKEx Listing and the De-Listing will take place in the second half of 2010. 
The Company will continue to observe the overall sentiment in the stock market 
in Hong Kong and inform the investors and the market as soon as practicable as 
to the material developments in relation to the HKEx Listing and De-Listing. 
Further announcement will be made by the Company when a more concrete HKEx 
Listing and De-Listing timetable is available. 
Due to the change in the current timetable, an extraordinary general meeting 
will be convened by the Company to propose a resolution to approve the 
De-Listing and such resolution will require approval from shareholders holding 
not less than 75 per cent. of votes cast.
