*  Result of AGM



The Board of Vectrix Corporation (AIM: VRX) (www.vectrix.com), maker of the
world's first high performance, two-wheel zero emission vehicle (ZEV), is
pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting, held at 11 am today, the
following resolutions put to Shareholders were duly passed:



  * election of Robin A. Aisher and Robert W. Bond as Class I Directors with
    terms expiring in 2009, election of Joseph V. Vittoria and Christopher R.
    Moe as Class II Directors with terms expiring in 2010, and election of
    Michael J. Enright and Michael J. Boyle as Class III Directors with terms
    expiring in 2011;



  * approval of an amendment to the Company's Certificate of Incorporation
    which will authorize a 10-1 reverse stock split of the Company's common
    stock to be implemented at the discretion of the  board of directors at any
    time prior to the next Annual General Meeting; and



  * ratification of the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as
    independent auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 30
    September 2008.





In accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules, the following
information in relation to the appointment of Michael J. Boyle and Joseph V.
Vittoria is disclosed:



Michael J. Boyle (age 62) was during the last five years, but is no longer, a
director of the following corporations:



  * Telular Corporation
  * Prizm Technology Inc.







Effective May 1, 2008 Mr. Boyle holds the following interests in the Company's
stock:



  * Incentive Stock Options (ISOs) for 1.5 million shares of common stock
    exercisable at  US$0.1806 per share (the market price on 23 April 2008, the
    date of grant), vesting in 36 monthly instalments.
  * four million shares of restricted stock which will vest in equal quarterly
    instalments over 3 years.



Mr Boyle served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Elcotel,
Inc. Elcotel, Inc. was a NASDAQ listed manufacturer of telecommunications
equipment with annualized sales that reached $72 million in mature and eroding
markets.  Mr. Boyle was recruited by Elcotel's board of directors to navigate
Elcotel through its Chapter 11 reorganization and debt restructuring. Mr. Boyle
successfully sold Elcotel and its assets to Gores Technology Group in December
2001.



Joseph V. Vittoria (age 72) currently serves as a director of the following
corporations:



  * Puradyn Filter Technologies, Inc.
  * Great Wolf Resorts Incorporated



Mr. Vittoria was during the last five years, but is no longer, a director of the
following corporations:



  * Autoeurope, Inc.
  * Flexcar, Inc.





Mr. Vittoria beneficially owns 1,189,294 shares of stock of the Company.
