Virgin Media Inc.: UK Regulatory Announcement

LONDON, May 13, 2013 - Virgin Media Inc. (NASDAQ:VMED) (LSE:VMED) today announced that further to an announcement dated May 2, 2013, Virgin Media Inc. now intends that the listing of its ordinary shares on the Official List and the admission of those shares to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange will be cancelled with effect from 8:00am London time on June 10, 2013 (being the trading day immediately following the date on which the merger is expected to become effective.).
